Hi, I’m Amy, a registered dietitian and passionate home baker living on a small farm with my large family. I believe that the best meals start with fresh, wholesome ingredients—especially when it comes to baking.
Living on a farm allows me to be deeply connected to the food we eat. From growing our own fruits and vegetables to milling grains for the freshest flour, I’m constantly inspired by the land around me.
Freshly milled grains are my secret ingredient, whether I’m baking rustic loaves of bread, savory scones, or delicate pastries. I love experimenting with different types of grains, learning how to mill them just right, and discovering how each variety transforms a recipe.
